Lithuanian bread "Bočių"
Hearth, oblong oval-shaped bread. This scalded, dark half-rye bread is prepared in a traditional Lithuanian way.
Ingredients: flour – rye meal, wheat and rye; water, sugar, fermented rye malt, iodized salt, wheat bran, caraway seeds, malts – barley and wheat, thickener guar gum, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, enzymes, yeast.
